“World Arthritis Day is celebrated on 12 October every year and provides a chance for people and organisations from around the world to join together and raise awareness of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs)… World Arthritis Day was established in 1996 by Arthritis and Rheumatism International (ARI) and is celebrated each year on 12 October. Now, people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs) from around the world can join together to make their voices heard on this day. World Arthritis Day is an ideal focus for organisations to raise awareness of issues affecting people with RMDs and for individuals to support campaigns.”
